We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only to comply with legal obligations or with your consent.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. To delete your account, contact our support at info@marketly.ee.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party service providers to operate the platform: Stripe (payment processing, Ireland), Supabase (database hosting, EU), Vercel (application hosting, EU edge), Resend (transactional email), Sentry (error monitoring), Cloudflare (CDN and storage), Google Analytics (website analytics, only with your consent). Each provider processes data under their own privacy policy and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, your data is anonymized within 30 days and permanently removed within 90 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by accounting regulations.
